I really wanted to like these pans, but... the weight just feels off to me. They’re heavy in a way that makes cooking feel more annoying than it should, and the balance doesn’t help. The handle isn’t that comfortable either. For the price, I expected better. I barely end up reaching for them now

Placing the order was simple enough, no complaints there. But the shipping updates came in slowly, and I’m a bit worn out from having to keep checking to see what’s going on

I ordered from hexclad.com and overall I’m happy with the pans. They feel sturdy, heat up nicely, and so far cooking with them has been easy. I do wonder if the sizing is based more on the top rim than the actual cooking surface, because they felt a little smaller in use than I expected.

I got the 10 inch thinking it would be plenty for most meals, but for cooking for 3 people it was a bit tight. The bottom cooking area seems smaller than the measurement makes you picture, at least to me, so I probably should’ve gone with the next size up.

Not a dealbreaker at all, just something I’d double-check before buying. Shipping was totally fine, and I’d order again. I’d just maybe size up next time, especially if you’re cooking for more than one or two people.

I’ve gotten tired of having to research every little thing I buy and deal with vague answers about coatings, so this was kind of a relief. The stainless surface feels solid, and there’s no weird smell when I use it. I’m still double-checking a few details, but so far it feels safer to cook with.

I had a problem with my pan, so I sent in the warranty info not really knowing what to expect. HexClad got back to me quickly and replaced it without making it a big ordeal, well, there were a few emails back and forth, but nothing too frustrating. It took a little patience, but overall I’m really happy with how they handled it. Nice to see a warranty that actually means something.

I’ve been using my HexClad pan for a bit now, and it’s been great. It heats really evenly, and I haven’t noticed any weird hot spots so far. My pancakes and eggs are coming out so much better than they used to, which makes breakfast feel a lot easier. Definitely a solid pan that gives you a little extra confidence in the kitchen.

Pretty nice mix of stuff for the kitchen. I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, so overall I'm happy with it. Definetly a good set of options.

I’ve run my hexclad pan through the dishwasher a few times now, and it’s been totally fine!! Sometimes I still give the edges a quick wipe afterward, but that’s not a big deal at all.

Not gonna lie, I went in suspicious because stuff that’s actually worth the price feels weirdly rare these days. But this one? Yeah, it’s solid. Part of me still thinks they’re hiding how they made it this good for the money, but I’m not complaining. I’d buy it again.

I bought HexClad because I was sick of scrubbing pans, i feel like I got talked into believing these would be way easier than they are. Most days, yeah, cleanup is fine with a sponge and some soap. But the second I cook eggs or anything remotely sticky, I’m right back to soaking and scrubbing like with any other pan. For the price, that’s really annoying. It’s not a terrible pan, but don’t act like it’s some miracle cookware when it clearly isn’t...

I’ve been using my HexClad pans for a few weeks now, the lids fit really well. Nice and flat. No wobbling around or awkward gaps. They actually keep the steam in like they’re supposed to, which is more than I can say for some other pans I’ve had. Small thing, but it really does make cooking feel easier.

The pans have a modern, clean look, and I actually do like the pattern on them. They feel a little different from regular cookware, which is cool and gives them some personality. That said, I tend to prefer really simple, understated stuff in my kitchen, so the design feels a bit too flashy for me personally. They’re not bad-looking at all, just not exactly what I’d pick based on my own taste. Overall, the appearance is okay.

I’ve been using this pan for a bit now, and to be fair, it does feel solid and it cooks evenly. I don’t want to make it sound bad because it’s definitely usable and better than some cheaper pans I’ve tried. That said, the nonstick surface isn’t as impressive as I expected from the ads. Food still sticks here and there, and cleanup takes more scrubbing than I hoped. Overall, it’s a decent pan, just not amazing for the price.

I tried using my HexClad pan in the oven at 425, and come on now, the handle got way hotter than I expected. Like, uncomfortably hot. I also noticed a weird smell the first time I used it that way. For how much this pan costs, I really thought it would feel a lot safer and more reliable in the oven. Disappointed.

I got this for my induction cooktop and it works just fine... heats up nicely and does what I need it to. It took a little trial and error to figure out the right temperature settings, but overall I’m happy with it.

I was kind of unsure about seasoning it at first, but it ended up being simple. I basically followed the instructions, and after maybe a round or two, the pan has been cooking really well. I haven’t had any sticking so far, so I’m happy with it

The heat is uneven, which is frustrating when you’re trying to use it normally. On top of that, it seemed like it wasn’t handled very carefully before it got to me, which made the whole experience even more disappointing

Once there’s food in it, the handle feels awkward and the edges are a little too hard, so I never feel like I have a solid grip. Moving it around the stove gets annoying fast. For the price, I expected the handle to feel a lot better.

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a hassle. I figured I should just reach out right away instead of waiting and getting more annoyed, and I’m glad I did. Customer service got back to me quickly, which I wasn’t really expecting. They were friendly, explained things clearly, and didn’t make the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be. It got fixed without a bunch of back and forth, and that made me feel a lot better about ordering from HexClad again.
